
The ConstructSafe Management Test is designed especially for senior leaders such as site managers, business owners, or those overseeing multiple trades or large sites. The framework focuses on core management responsibilities including:
Leading and inspiring safety culture.
Understanding and applying legal duties under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
Hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
Performance measurement and driving continuous improvement across worksites.
Candidates must bring with them a valid ID (Drivers Licence, Passport or Gun Licence) and present to one of the ConstructSafe Testing South Island team.
Candidates must have already passed the Foundation Health & Safety Competency assessment (Tier 1)
A working understanding of site operations and legal responsibilities is essential. This tier is not intended for general workers or tradespeople—it targets decision-makers and site leaders.
